ABOUT

LEDA INFERI

Leda Inferi is an italian artist who merge dark ambient music with pagan rituals and ancient mythology.

Inspired by mystery cults and deities from the ancient greek and mediterranean world, she creates immersive soundscapes through an intricate vocal work, made by layered harmonies, interwoven chants and textured breathing patterns combined with percussions and synths, in mix of electro folk and ritual music.

From her own creative fire also arises the transmission of the art of the voice, as an act of transformation, union with the cycles of nature and awakening of one's own power.

Born in Sicily, she grew up on the slopes of Mount Etna, surrounded by wild nature and enchanting landscapes.

She has dedicated her life to music and the performing arts, always inspired by the magic of her homeland, its cosmic and natural cycles, and a profound connection with the invisible. She attended singing and theater classes as a child and later devoted herself to studying various musical instruments, including guitar and piano.

She played and sang in various bands and decided to study Opera Singing at the Conservatory, where she graduated with honors. After a brief career in opera, which instilled in her solid musical skills, she explored various musical genres, including studying extreme vocal expressions, which she would rediscover in the ancient ancestral songs of world folklore.

She then decided to dedicate herself to teaching vocal art, combining more technical courses with ritual vocal training, which helps students rediscover their own power through the conscious and initiatory use of the voice.

But when the flame of voice calls, the deepest needs resurface... and this is how Leda Inferi's first solo album is born:
